Cyber security is of increasing importance these days, especially given how much data we send online every day. With many of our clients, we rely on this quick and easy exchange of information in order to get work done quickly and be effective at our jobs. Often, we need to share secure information with clients (such as login or password details) or clients need to share this with us. This is why we’ve created Secure Share, a portal whereby clients can share information with us in a quick and easy way, that is also highly secure. You can access the Secure Share portal at the following URL: secureshare.withhuddle.com, and once there simply paste in the information you need to send and click Save. You’ll then be given a unique URL that you can share with us, which will allow us to view the information. If you like, there are some other features you might find useful:
- You can set an expiry on the information (so that it “self destructs” after a certain amount of time and is no longer stored anywhere).
- You can tick a box to make sure the information is destroyed as soon as we’ve read it.
- You can also set a password on the information which we need to enter in order to see the information. This makes it super secure, especially if you then call us to tell us the password as opposed to writing it in an email.
